RevDue — Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 5, 2026
Data we collect
Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to us in plain text.
Content you create. Information you enter in the app: motorcycles (year, make, model, nickname, mileage, type), maintenance records (service type, date, mileage, cost, notes), and service reminder settings. This data exists solely to provide the app's functionality to you.
Nothing else. The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no trackers. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How your data is stored
Your data is stored in a Supabase database (hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States), protected by row-level security so that each account can only access its own records. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Notifications
If you enable service reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your phone, and you can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in your device settings.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account exists.
Delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently and immediately deletes your account and all associated data (motorcycles, maintenance records, reminders) from our database. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app: if you can no longer access the app, email us at the address below from the email address associated with your account and we will delete the account within 30 days.
Children
RevDue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
